New Therapy Group for Teenagers Starts on June 8th

Is your teenager, or a teenager you know, struggling with an emotional issue or mental health difficulty at the moment?

  • Perhaps they have experienced a bereavement, family break up, bullying or other upsetting situation and are feeling very sad, or it has affected their confidence or self-esteem.
  • Maybe they are feeling anxious, and this could be affecting school attendance, or causing other problems.
  •  Or perhaps they are having difficulties controlling their anger, and this is affecting relationships and family life.

Our next therapy group is starting on 8th June, and will run for a further five weeks on Thursday evenings.

The aim of the group is to help young people cope with difficult feelings, and learn to express them in healthy ways.  Feedback from previous participants and their parents has been extremely positive, with everyone finding our groups very beneficial.

Parents/carers are offered the opportunity to spend some time with our Parenting Practitioner for support and management advice,  while their teenager is attending the group sessions.

We do not charge for these groups, however places are limited so do get in touch as soon as possible if you are interested.  Call 01335 418139 or email us.
